DEMONSTRATION CLASSES Have you ever been curious about the classes offered at the HBFP? On Saturday, April 4th, we will have a number of demonstration classes throughout the day, so come dressed to move! These classes are open for everyone to join, no matter what your level of experience may be. It is a great way for you to try out new and different classes. The HBFP Health Coaches will go over basic moves, positions, and exercises commonly done in their regular classes, so you can get a feel of what the classes have to offer.
