What will we see at National Minority Health Month (NMHM) that is different from NMHMs in the past?

This year our theme is “Get Your Fitness Assessment.” Our focus will be on better understanding the progress of our members. We have been blessed to provide the HBFP free to members and we want to keep it this way. more »

DEMONSTRATION CLASSES

Have you ever been curious about the classes offered at the HBFP? On Saturday, April 4th, we will have a number of demonstration classes throughout the day, so come dressed to move! These classes are open for everyone to join, no matter what your level of experience may be. It is a great way for you to try out new and different classes. The HBFP Health Coaches will go over basic moves, positions, and exercises commonly done in their regular classes, so you can get a feel of what the classes have to offer. So make the most of you day: get your fitness assessment* and get fit in our demonstration classes. more »
